Russian students bully their classmates from foreign countries
I have studied in different parts of the world and I should confess that Russian universities do not have such traditions as "Ragging" or "flaying" unlike most of the educational institutions in India and some western countries. Russian students respect the presence of a foreigner in their group or just ignore them, in this case too : the choice is yours, you be friends with them or you do not.

St Petersburg like any other Russian city has a very well structured transportation system.
Metro, bus, trolley bus and tram are the basic form of public transportation.
The fare is not very high compared to the rest of the European countries. For around US$15-20 you can buy a card which will allow you to travel on all forms of public transportation for a period of a month !!
Magnetic cards for the metro are available in plenty of different varieties; you can buy for a month or for some fixed amount of journeys.
Paper tickets are sold on buses, trolley buses and
Trams by conductors. more
